•    Patent actions in the High Court, for example, acting for a Swiss company in two related infringement actions, a separate revocation action and an application to amend a patent for gathering and stitching printed sheets; other infringement cases concerning a variety of patents.
•    Trade mark appeals from the Trade Marks Registry to the High Court, for example, acting for a Russian drinks manufacturer in a case involving 18 appeals; acting in appeals for a Swiss watch manufacturer, US car manufacturer, French cheese manufacturer, French perfume house, Italian fashion house.
•    Various trade mark infringement, revocation and/or passing off actions in the High Court.  Disputes involving domain names.
•    Trade mark appeals from the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks & Designs) - OHIM to the Court of First Instance, for example, acting for multinational petrochemical company.
