Charges:

Fees are generally based on an hourly rate of £200 (UK pounds sterling) for the mediation, and £100 for the preparation, plus any expenses and VAT, if appropriate.

Rates are negotiable depending on the circumstances of the parties and value of the dispute.

Fees can be capped or fixed.

Unless agreed otherwise, the costs are split equally between the parties – in general, for two parties, an hourly rate of £100 per party for the mediation, and £50 for the preparation.

An initial discussion of up to 30 minutes is free of charge.
